Pete Mills
Pete Mills, Managing Director of Crystal Safety Training started his safety career as advisor for British Steel moving on to a senior safety position within the waste management industry. Over the next ten years he worked with ROSPA and Woodland Grange becoming one of the foremost trainers in the field.
Pete is now one of the principal examiners for NEBOSH (the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) and has built up a depth of knowledge and training experience that is truly second to none. Pete has worked with some of the highest profile organisations both in the UK and internationally, delivering training to employees at every level of responsibility to great acclaim.
Approachable, friendly and capable of instilling an enthusiasm for his subject in everyone he trains, Pete has become a well known and respected name in the field of Health and Safety.
Pete lives in Halesowen with his wife, two children and dogs.
Joss Musgrove
Joss Musgrove is responsible for corporate account management, overseeing the smooth running of our in house courses. Joss acts as liaison between Crystal, client and delegate making sure that we uphold the highest levels of customer service and professionalism. Joss is the first point of contact for our delegates, answering any queries they may have about their training, and making sure that both client and delegate get the most out of their experience of working with Crystal.
